Each of BakeHost web hosting plans (Domain Registration, VPS and dedicated plans do not apply) comes with a No Risk, 100% Unconditional 30-days Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, less the set-up fee.

This policy does not cover any additional services such as overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, etc.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail and e-mail are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. If sending by e-mail, you must direct the cancellation to sales@bakehost.com. No other e-mail address will be constituted as a cancellation and therefore would not be deemed cancelled.
